• Arrival & Space: Max 6 people | Check-in from 14:00 | Check-out before 10:00.
  Please note: The steep staircase to the loft bedroom may be unsuitable for small children or guests with limited mobility.


• Parking:
  • the courtyard
  • marked parking bay in front of the garage.


• Minimum stay is 2 nights.


• Property Rules:
  • No parties or events
  • No smoking indoors
  • No pets
  This is a self-catering unit; no housekeeping services are provided


• Security & Peace of Mind: The cottage features a security alarm and a front door camera system. The complex is also patrolled by security guards at night.
  The camera system will be monitored if noise complaints are received by neighbours.

As an independent owner, I don't treat this as just a rental property; it is a space I love and care for deeply. From the day we (my husband and I) took ownership, I have poured my energy into equipping the cottage with everything you need for absolute peace of mind. I fell in love with the breathtaking sunsets from the deck most evenings and waking up to an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean every morning in the loft room, and I can't wait for you to experience that same magic!
